How do I connect it to my home network?

Be sure to read the user manual carefully. Scan the 2D code with your phone, download the app, register, and log in. Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4G network, and enable app permissions such as Location, Bluetooth, and Local Network.

Does the clock have to be connected to my home network to work? Is it safe to connect?

Yes, it only syncs time and weather via the Tuya/Smart Life app. Tuya has 1B+ devices worldwide, so it's trustworthy. If you're still concerned about privacy, just deny any app permissions not related to the clock.

What weather information does the clock display?

The weather information includes: Today's outdoor high and low temperatures (at the bottom left), Tomorrow's outdoor high and low temperatures (at the bottom left), and the current INDOOR temperature and humidity (at the bottom right).

Can it work on battery power?

The clock must be plugged in for use, NOT battery operated. Please connect with the USB port or ONLY 5V/1A and 5V/2A adapter. All LED clocks on the market cannot be powered by batteries because the screen is too large and bright.
